Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?

At Original Yawdie Apparel we partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most exclusive products.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse processes the orders, which takes 2 to 7 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your door. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 14 and 20 days to arrive at their destination. 

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?

Not to worry. As long as you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order regarding the error in your address, we can change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we can update your details.

Once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, changes to the order cannot be made.

I messed up my billing address, what do I do?

Billing addresses are currently not editable. This is to prevent the risk of fraud. 


I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS IN ONE ORDER BUT RECEIVED THEM SEPARATELY. WHY?

Most of our products are shipped from our various overseas warehouses and fulfillment centers, in order to make logistics more efficient, and to save you as much money as possible. Therefore, items that are ordered together may be shipped individually from different locations, and may arrive to you separately. In any case, all items should arrive within our declared shipping schedules. If for some reason the items do not arrive when they should, please contact us at originalyawdie@hotmail.com
